Please be aware that the Terms & Conditions of your booking may vary; those applying specifically to your trip will be included in your Peek booking or Wave invoice.


City Tours

We charge a flat fee for our standard city tours; details of what is included may be found on each tour or trip page.

We know that unexpected things come up when traveling, so there is no penalty and a full refund for cancellations made more than 7 days in advance. For cancellations made more than 72 hours in advance there is a 50% refund. Any cancellations made less than 72 hours in advance will be no refund. The date of your tour or trip may be changed up to 24 hours before its start date free of charge.

Day Trips, Overnight & Tailored Journeys
We’ll send you a quote for the total cost of your trip, which will include our service charge and any discounts we’re able to pass on to you. We’ll also make clear what is not included.

Quotes are based upon availability and rates at time of quoting. Please be aware that these may change and cannot be guaranteed until your booking is confirmed, when you will receive an updated invoice.

Your booking will be confirmed upon payment of the initial invoice for the non-refundable deposit, which is usually 50% of the total cost of the trip. The outstanding balance will be due for payment 30 days before the start of your trip. Should you need to cancel your trip we offer a refund of the balance up to 30 days prior to the start. Should you cancel fewer than 30 days before the start of your trip, there will be no refund. Though we cannot guarantee it, we will always do our best to convert as much as possible into a voucher to be used at a future date.

Our service fee includes all taxes and administrative costs. The only additional cost to keep in mind is the payment charge: if you choose to pay with a credit card it will incur a 3.5% surcharge.

In order to enable us to process and fulfill your booking, we will ask you to provide us with personal information including name, address, email address, telephone number, details of group members that are traveling, we well as any special needs, health, medical, mobility or dietary requirements. We ensure that adequate safeguards are in place before transferring any of your personal information.

In order to ensure that your holiday is appropriate for your specific needs that you have disclosed to us, for example, a medical condition or reduced mobility, we or the suppliers of your travel arrangements may require further details. We will ask for your explicit consent to collect and share this information as necessary with the suppliers of your travel arrangements in order to fulfil your booking.

We may pass personal information that you provide to us (including health and mobility information as explained above) on to relevant suppliers of your travel arrangements such as airlines, hotels, transport companies and local tour operators and destination management companies as necessary to fulfill your contract.

In order to process and fulfill your contract, your personal information may also be provided to public authorities such as customs and immigration, security and/or credit checking companies, credit and debit card companies and government and enforcement agencies if required by them in order for us to fulfill your booking, or as required by law. Your personal information may be shared with the police or other law enforcement or crime prevention agencies for security purposes.
